Refer a Friend Campaign

Thank you for participating in our Refer a Friend Campaign! These Terms and Conditions apply to your participation in this promotion and must be followed to ensure eligibility for rewards.

Eligibility
To participate in the Refer a Friend Campaign, both the referrer (you) and the referred friend must meet the following requirements:

  • The referrer must be an existing customer of Cosmetics By Briony.

  • The referred friend must be a new customer of Cosmetics By Briony and must not have received any prior treatments or services at Cosmetics By Briony.

Campaign Offer

  • After the referred friend successfully books and completes their treatment, the referrer will receive $50 off their next treatment or service at Cosmetics By Briony.

  • When the referred friend books and completes their treatment, they will receive $50 off their first treatment or service.

  • The offer is valid only for treatments or services that meet the terms outlined in these conditions.

How to Participate

  • To refer a friend, provide your unique referral link/code to a friend.

  • Your friend must use this referral link/code to book their first treatment at Briony.

  • Both you (the referrer) and your referred friend must fulfil all requirements to receive the discount.

Qualifying Treatment

  • The $50 discount applies only to eligible treatments at  Cosmetics By Briony. It cannot be used for products, packages, or promotional services unless specified.

  • The referred friend’s treatment must be of the required value to qualify for the discount ( minimum spend requirement of $325.

  • The discount will not be applicable if the referred friend cancels or fails to show up for their appointment.

Restrictions

  • Each participant may refer an unlimited number of friends; however, discounts will only be applied when each referred friend meets all criteria.

  • The discount cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts unless explicitly stated.

  • The $50 discount for both the referrer and referred friend is non-transferable and has no cash value.

Timing & Redemption

  • Referrer discounts will be applied after the referred friend completes their treatment. The discount will be available for use on the next treatment scheduled.

  • Referred friends must complete their treatment within [30/60] days of their booking to qualify for the discount.

  • If a referred friend cancels or does not attend their appointment, no discount will be granted.

Modification and Termination

  • Cosmetics By Briony reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Refer a Friend Campaign at any time without prior notice.

  • Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be posted on (Business Website ).

General Terms

  • By participating in the campaign, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Cosmetics By Briony is not responsible for any technical issues or delays that prevent participants from receiving their rewards.

  • Briony Beard reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, abuse, or violating the terms of this campaign.

Two Area" Offer

- The "Two Area" offer includes treatment for the frown and forehead areas.
- The standard total number of units is 80 units or 30 units; however, additional units may be required based on individual needs, which will be discussed during the consultation.
- A complimentary consultation is included to assess suitability for treatment. Any additional units required will be discussed and charged separately, based on the standard unit price.

Three Area" Offer

- The "Three Area" offer includes treatment for the frown, forehead, and crow's feet areas.
- This offer is priced at $560 and includes treatment for all three areas. 
- Additional units may be required based on individual needs, which will be discussed and charged during the consultation.

Treatment Suitability

- Clients must be deemed suitable for treatment following the consultation. If it is determined that treatment is not appropriate, no charge will apply for the consultation.
- Cosmetics By Briony reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is not deemed medically appropriate for the client.

 

Pricing & Payment

- The "Two Area" offer includes treatment for the frown and forehead areas. Additional units required will be discussed at the consultation and charged separately.
- The "Three Area" offer is priced at $560 and includes treatment for the frown, forehead, and crow’s feet. Additional units may be required and charged separately, based on the consultation.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice and may vary depending on the client’s individual treatment needs.
 

Restrictions

- Offers are valid only for new clients and cannot be applied to previous treatments or combined with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers.
- The offers are valid for a limited time and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
- The "Two Area" and "Three Area" offers cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another individual.

Consultation & Appointment
- A complimentary consultation is required before the treatment can be administered. During the consultation, your practitioner will assess your medical history, discuss your treatment goals, and determine the number of units required.
- If additional units are required beyond the standard number of units included in the offer, the cost will be discussed during the consultation.
 
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Clients must notify Cosmetics By Briony at least [24] hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule their consultation or treatment appointment.
- Failure to attend the consultation or treatment without prior notice may result in forfeiting the offer.

 

Availability & Changes
- Treatment offers are subject to product availability and may be changed or discontinued at any time without notice.
- All treatments are subject to the availability of the necessary staff and equipment.

Regardless of how straightforward a procedure may seem, all cosmetic treatments carry risks. Even if you have previous experience, it’s crucial to carefully evaluate your decision each time.   If you choose to proceed with a cosmetic procedure, prioritise safety.

Understanding Cosmetic Injectables​

The two primary types of injectable substances are:

Botulinum toxin type A, which temporarily relaxes the facial muscles that cause wrinkles.


Dermal fillers, which add volume to wrinkles and enhance facial features.

These injectables are classified as prescription-only medications (Schedule 4), meaning only authorised and registered healthcare practitioners can prescribe and use them with a prescription for the treatment.

What Other Risks Should You Consider?

It's important to recognise that all procedures come with inherent risks; nothing is entirely free of them.  We aim to ensure you are fully informed about these risks before undergoing any procedure.

Being prepared and educated on what to expect before, during, and after the procedure. This includes knowing that a qualified healthcare practitioner will provide necessary aftercare, especially if you experience any side effects or complications.

​

Injectable cosmetic procedures can carry a range of potential side effects and complications. Here are some important questions to ask:

- What are the common side effects associated with this injectable?
- How can I identify a complication that requires medical attention?
- What are the expected side effects?

Below is a list of possible side effects and complications for two commonly used products. For more details, refer to the consumer medicines information leaflet included with the packaging.

Botulinum Toxin Type A

- Redness
- Swelling at the injection site
- Bruising
- Skin tightness
- Drooping eyelids
- Headaches
- Facial pain
- Muscle weakness
- Numbness or tingling
- Nausea

Dermal Fillers

- Bruising
- Swelling and redness at the injection site
- Itching
- Skin discoloration
- Vascular occlusion (blocked blood vessel causing skin tissue death)
- Permanent blindness
- Double vision
- Stroke
- Bleeding
- Infection (bacterial or viral)
- Skin ulceration
- Nodules under the skin
- Allergic reactions
- Inflammatory reactions
- Hematoma (blood collection under the skin or in deeper tissues)
- Permanent disfigurement and scarring from any of the above

Being informed is crucial for making the best decisions regarding your care.

Dermal Fillers Contraindications for Treatment

-Is under the age of 18
-Is pregnant, actively trying to become pregnant or is currently breastfeeding.
-Has an unstable autoimmune condition
-Is hypersensitive to any of the ingredients
-Has a known anaphylaxis to bees
-Has received the vaccine in the last 2 weeks or planned in the next 2 weeks
-Is currently unwell and has a febrile status
-Is currently on antibiotics or has been in the 14 days before treatment
-Has an active skin infection, cold sores, sunburn, eczema, psoriasis, papules or pustules or a healing wound in the treatment area
-Has any planned surgical procedure less than 4 weeks post-treatment
-Has had a surgical procedure less than 6 weeks before the treatment
-Has had any major dental work in the past 4 weeks or scheduled in the next 4 weeks. 
-Has had any minor dental work in the past 2 weeks or scheduled in the next 2 weeks. 
-Has an overseas flight within the following 14 days following treatment

-Has had Sculptra to the same area 12 weeks prior or post-treatment

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes appointments need to be changed or cancelled. We kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.​

No-shows and Late Cancellations:

Appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or missed without any notice will incur a cancellation fee.
The cancellation fee will be equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

Card Surcharges for Credit Cards

We introduced this new policy to help our business cover the card processing fees. If you don’t want to pay the surcharge, you can use PAY ID or we happily accept cash.

Our Returns Policy

Cosmetics By Briony Is passionate about providing the best products and services.  If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase or any products, please return and we can discuss your options. I may not be able to refund or exchange due to safety.  If the product is causing any issues, we will contact the supplier and request that the product be replaced or refunded.

Faulty Product Returns:

Eligibility for Return: If the cosmetic product is faulty, damaged, or defective upon arrival, you are eligible for a replacement or a full refund.

Timeframe: Returns for faulty products must be made within a certain period after purchase, typically within 14-30 days.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is generally required to process the return, refund, or replacement.

Condition of Product: The product should be returned in its original packaging, unused, and with any seals or safety stickers still intact (if applicable).

Return Process: Contact the customer service team to initiate the return. They may request photos of the product showing the defect or damage for verification purposes.

Replacement or Refund: Upon verification, you will be offered a replacement item or a full refund based on your preference. If the product is out of stock, a refund will be issued.

Change of Mind:

Returns for change of mind are typically not accepted due to hygiene reasons, especially for cosmetics, unless the product is unopened and in its original, sealed packaging.
